Ol’ North State Knitting Guild

The mission of the Ol' North State Knitting Guild is three-fold: education, service, and the enjoyment of knitting. The Guild enables Triangle-area knitters to share the joys and challenges of the craft of knitting, to help knitters learn new skills and new ways to do things, and — through our service project — to use knitting for the betterment of our community.

Unless otherwise noted, meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held on the 2nd Monday of the month.

Annual dues are $20, payable at the September meeting. We use the funds to buy bears for our Bear Sweater Project and to support the guild.

Our Next Meeting:

Monday, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m.

The Mechanics of Fiber: Steve Ogle will discuss the differences and similarities of the two families of fiber, natural and synthetic.
